HTC Vive Porn: How to Watch VR Porn on Vive, Pro 2 and Focus Vision

Most HTC Vive headsets are PC headsets, and that decides how you watch VR porn on one. The original Vive, the Pro 2 and the Cosmos plug into a computer, so the player comes from Steam on that computer. The newer Focus Vision and XR Elite run on their own, yet still lean on a PC for the big players.

Plenty of VR porn sites keep a Vive page. Several read as if nobody has opened them in years: Firefox WebVR steps, Mac display settings, a Vive page with the Oculus text pasted in. So we read the official pages of the sites we review and wrote down what each one tells a Vive owner: which player, which file, and how high the resolution goes.

The other 24 sites we review fall into four groups:

• Nine name the Vive only in a general compatibility line or as a logo, with no steps: Baberotica VR, Brasil VR, Milf VR, Suck Me VR, Tranz VR, Virtual Real Gay, Virtual Real Trans, Wet VR and X Virtual.
• Twelve don't mention it on any page we could read. Kink VR sits behind kink.com's age gate, so its answer is unknown. Adult Time VR's own 2023 guide says PCVR streaming isn't supported in its beta.
• SexLikeReal says no, with a catch, explained below.
• Real Hot VR and VRSpy weren't checked.

Any of these may still play in a PC browser or a Steam player. They just haven't published a route, so you'd be testing it yourself.

SexLikeReal on a Vive: two answers from one site

Officially, no. SexLikeReal's help center lists PCVR headsets as not supported, yet its app page still names the HTC Vive.

The help article on supported devices puts "HTC Vive Focus 3" and "PCVR" under "Not supported (headsets)".

SLR's headset guide is softer: "PCVR headsets like the Valve Index, HTC Vive, and Pimax may work with the VR porn app from Steam, but it lacks state-of-the-art playback. We do not recommend them as the main way to watch SLR." Meanwhile the app download page lists "PCVR headsets such as the Rift, Valve Index, HTC Vive, HP Reverb, Pimax 8k".

Our reading: the Steam app may run on a Vive, but SLR won't stand behind it. That's why it isn't counted among the 37. If you own a Focus 3, SLR calls that headset discontinued as well as unsupported.

VR players for HTC Vive

On a PC Vive the player comes from Steam. Seven of the nine below have a Steam store listing.

We didn't find one for VIVE Video, and Steam Link is Valve's streaming app, described in Valve's FAQ.

DeoVR is the free pick for eight of the sites above, but its Steam page isn't flattering: recent reviews read "Very Negative" on 12 votes, and the all-time score is "Mixed", 59% of 993. How to watch VR porn on HTC Vive, step by step

Four routes cover the sites that give steps, and the site decides which one you take.

All start with Steam and SteamVR on the PC; general PCVR setup is in our OpenXR guide.

Route 1: PLAY'A (VR Bangers network, Dezyred, RealJamVR, PornCornVR, VRPorn.com)

1. Install PLAY'A VR Video Player from Steam. It's free.
2. VR Bangers, VR Conk and Blow VR: click "Add Website" in the app, enter the site's address (vrbangers.com, for example) and log in. VRB Gay and VRB Trans: add vrbgay.com or vrbtrans.com as a website in the app.
3. RealJamVR, PornCornVR and VRPorn.com: download the scene, then play the file in PLAY'A.

Dezyred's interactive games also run in PLAY'A: install it, then launch it on the headset. On VR Bangers itself, downloads go through PLAY'A only, with the daily cap noted above.

Route 2: DeoVR or HereSphere (Czech VR Network, Wankz VR, VR Allure, Yanks VR)

1. Install DeoVR Classic (free) or HereSphere ($29.99) from Steam.
2. Start SteamVR and open the player.
3. To stream, open the site in the player's built-in browser and log in. In HereSphere, Czech VR's address is czechvrnetwork.com/heresphere.
4. To play a download, open it from DeoVR's Local Files.

Route 3: stream from Edge or Chrome (RealJamVR, PornCornVR, VRPorn.com)

1. Open the site in Microsoft Edge or Chrome on the PC and log in.
2. Press play, then click the VR mode icon on the video player.
3. Put on the Vive. VRPorn.com notes that SteamVR launches at this point.

Nothing to install, so this is the quickest way to test whether a site you already pay for plays on a Vive at all. Virtual Real Porn also streams through WebXR, but its pages don't name a browser.

Route 4: download and play a local file (BaDoink VR, Grooby VR, Matures VR and most of the rest)

1. Download the file the site labels for your headset: "Vive / Oculus HQ - 60fps" at BaDoink VR, "Oculus / Vive" at Grooby VR, the Oculus Rift file at Matures VR, Wank It Now VR and Zexy VR.
2. Open it in Vive Video, SKYBOX, Simple VR Video Player, Whirligig or Virtual Desktop.
3. Set the format the site asks for. Purity VR and VR Hush want a player that handles over/under; Naughty America VR picks Dome 180 or Fisheye 180 in Virtual Desktop.

Dark Room VR and Virtual Taboo don't stream to a PC headset at all, so this is their only route. Their 5K to 7K 10-bit files need HEVC codecs on the PC.

Focus Vision and XR Elite: the standalone Vives

The two newer Vives run without a PC, but the sites barely mention them. In the pages we read, Fuck Pass VR names the XR Elite and SexBabesVR names the Focus Vision, which it pairs with Steam players on a PC. Your options:

• Steam Link streams SteamVR from your PC to both headsets. Valve's FAQ gives HTC headsets a minimum version, v7.0.999.344. After that, routes 1 to 4 work as on a PC Vive.
• The Focus Vision also has a DisplayPort mode with HTC's wired streaming kit, at up to 120 Hz in beta.
• The XR Elite connects through VIVE Streaming, over Wi-Fi or USB-C.
• Without a PC, HTC's VIVE Video plays local 180 and 360 files, and HTC's Focus Vision support page shows how to add streaming links to its playlist.
• The standalone Virtual Desktop, available on Viveport, lists the Focus 3, Focus Vision and XR Elite.

Which Vive you have, and how big a file it can use

The line runs from 1080 pixels per eye on the original Vive to 2448 on the Pro 2 and Focus Vision, so the right file size depends on the model.

For the Pro 2 at full resolution, HTC asks for a GeForce RTX 20 or Radeon 5000 card or newer and DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC.

The wired Focus Vision bundle with the DisplayPort kit, $1,449, showed sold out on HTC's US shop the same day.

How much of each panel does a file fill? A 180 degree side by side file gives each eye half its width, spread over 180 degrees. The headset shows only its field of view of that at once.

That table is our arithmetic, and it treats each field of view as horizontal, which HTC states only for the Pro 2. Read it as a guide.

By this arithmetic, an original Vive is already filled by a 4K file, so bigger downloads cost bandwidth and add nothing you can see. That matches Fuck Pass VR's note that the original Vive streams lower-resolution versions.

A Pro 2, Focus Vision or XR Elite needs a full 7680-wide file to fill the panel, and VR Bangers says a PC-driven Vive plays its scenes in up to 8K. Which catalogs hold 8K, counted scene by scene, is on our 8K VR porn page.

Should you buy a Vive for VR porn? On 5 November 2026 HTC's US shop listed the Focus Vision at $1,299 with an Add to cart button. A search of the same shop found no consumer XR Elite, and HTC says the Pro 2 is no longer available.

Partly. HTC's VIVE Video plays local files and streaming links in the headset. The Steam players the sites name need a PC, reached through Steam Link or the DisplayPort kit.
