VR Porn Expert respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to submit a takedown request and how we handle it.
What Images We Use
Screenshots and images on this site are interface captures taken during our hands-on testing of VR porn sites. They appear alongside editorial commentary -- site navigation, player interfaces, subscription pages, and similar UI elements. We treat these as fair use for the purpose of identification and criticism of a commercial product, consistent with 17 U.S.C. 107.
We do not host, reproduce, or distribute adult video content or explicit depictions from any reviewed site.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe material on vrpornexpert.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@vrpornexpert.com containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, registration number if applicable, or a description sufficient to identify it).
- The exact URL on vrpornexpert.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices cannot be acted on. We respond to complete, valid notices within 10 business days.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material while we review the claim. We will notify the person who posted the material (if applicable) that a takedown notice was received.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed incorrectly, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@vrpornexpert.com including: identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name, address, and phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
