If PayPal is the only thing you are willing to pay with, the VR field is friendlier than it looks. No site advertises the option on its front page, because PayPal's own rules keep adult merchants at arm's length, so you have to know which checkouts carry it. Almost all of ours do.
The list below is every VR site we review where PayPal goes through, ranked the way we rank them everywhere else on this site, by what you get for the subscription. The second column tells you where the option appears, because that is the part people give up on: on roughly half of these it sits in the signup form, on the rest it shows up only after you pick a plan and the biller's page loads.

Why there is no PayPal button on the tour
PayPal's acceptable use policy puts adult content in the restricted list, so a VR studio cannot put a branded button on its landing page the way a shoe shop can. What the studios do instead is route the charge through an adult biller: Epoch, SegPay, Verotel, Netbilling, Centrobill. Those billers hold the PayPal relationship, and the option lives on their form.
That is the whole trick, and it is why a site can look like a card-only shop right up to the moment you are about to pay. Fuck Pass VR is the sharpest example in the list: nothing on its join page mentions a payment method at all, and the Epoch form behind it offers card and PayPal side by side.
What shows up in your PayPal history
The name you see later belongs to the biller, not the studio. Epoch covers most of this field. SegPay takes BaDoink VR, VR Foot Fetish, VirtualPee, Naughty America VR, TS Virtual Lovers and We Are Crazy. Verotel takes Suck Me VR, Netbilling takes Yanks VR, Centrobill shares Kink, Gamma Billing handles everything on Adult Time.
It is not uniform even inside one family: in the POVR group, Milf VR checks out through Epoch and Brasil VR through SafeBilling. If a discreet line on the statement is the point, that line is the biller's name either way, which is exactly why people pick these checkouts.
Cancelling when you paid with PayPal
The subscription belongs to the biller, so the cancel link goes to Epoch or SegPay, not to the site you were watching and not to PayPal. People assume the wallet gives them a kill switch and find out at the second charge that it does not. Keep the confirmation email: it names the biller and carries the reference you will need.
Cheap first month, real price later
Four of these sell a first step that renews at a very different number. Fap House VR asks $1.99 and renews at $24.99. RealJamVR asks $3.99 and renews at $24.95. VirtualPee asks $2.95 and renews at $34.95, the steepest jump here. VR Latina asks $2.99 and renews at $14.99, the gentlest of the four.
A PayPal payment does not change any of that, and it does not give you a second place to stop it. Read the rebill line on the plan before you click, not after.
Which one to take
For the widest catalog on one login, POVR: it aggregates scenes from more than 120 studios, and PayPal sits right in its signup form. For exclusives shot in 8K, Czech VR Network and BaDoink VR, both long-running and both with PayPal on the form. For a niche, the list holds VR Latina for latin casts, Yanks VR for amateur and female-shot scenes, Suck Me VR for one act done properly, and Kink VR for fetish.
