Who We Are
The operator of vrpornexpert.com is an independent review site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by any of the VR porn sites we review. Contact: privacy@vrpornexpert.com
What We Collect
We collect a limited amount of information to understand how the site is used and to detect technical problems.
Server logs. Our web server records standard access logs: IP address (anonymized after processing), browser user agent, referring URL, and the page requested. These logs roll over periodically and are not sold or shared.
First-party analytics cookie. When you load a page, a small script sets a cookie named __vrp in your browser. It holds a short random session identifier (no name, no email, no device fingerprint). The cookie expires after 45 minutes of inactivity. We use it to count page views and track which affiliate links get clicked -- nothing else. Data is sent to our own analytics endpoint (/api/pulse) hosted on the same server as the site. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform. No marketing cookies are placed.
Affiliate links. When you click a "Visit" button, you are taken to the reviewed site through a tracking link. That destination site operates under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment data, account credentials, or any information you enter on those third-party sites.
Contact email. If you email us, we keep your message and address to respond. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Legal Basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For visitors in the EU and UK, our basis for processing analytics data is legitimate interest: we need basic usage data to operate and improve the site. You can object to this processing at any time by emailing privacy@vrpornexpert.com.
California Residents (CCPA)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents can request disclosure of what data we hold by emailing privacy@vrpornexpert.com.
Cookies
The only cookie we set is __vrp, described above. It is a functional/analytics cookie placed by us (not a third party). Google Fonts loads from Google's CDN; Google may log the font request on their end per their own policy, but we do not receive that data.
You can block all cookies in your browser settings. The site will still function; we simply won't be able to count your visit.
Children
This site contains adult content and is strictly for users 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, contact your local parental controls provider.
Data Retention and Security
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics session identifiers are not stored beyond the session. We use HTTPS across the entire site. No payment or financial data passes through vrpornexpert.com.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vrpornexpert.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
