Up Close VR Review

Introduction

Up Close VR's tour calls the channel an "Ultimate 8K VR Porn Portal" and promises "360-degree VR sex videos". I counted the catalog scene by scene. 51 of its 53 scenes are labelled 8K, which is close enough to the first claim. The second doesn't hold: all 53 are 180 degree side-by-side stereo, and there isn't a single 360 scene. What matters more is the calendar: the newest release is from 22 January 2026, and a recheck of the catalog on 9 October found nothing after it. That's more than eight months of silence from a channel that put out 30 scenes in 2024.

The header badge reads "An Adult Time Series", and every scene carries the Adult Time Original tag. That makes Up Close VR one of the platform's own productions. On the VR side only Watch You Cheat VR shares the tag, while ForbVR and Taboo VR Porn are partner channels. The footer names Digigamma B.V. of Haarlem, the Netherlands, as the operator, and the terms add Gamma Billing Inc. What the join page sells is the full Adult Time membership, which the tour describes as over 400 channels and over 60,000 videos. Up Close VR is one of those channels.

How I checked: I saved the tour, the video list, the pornstar index, the join page and the terms on 26 August 2026, and the PayPal version of the join page on 11 September. Prices come from a US checkout on 21 September (trial and the 548-day plan) and 9 October 2026 (monthly plans). The scene catalog was crawled in full on 26 August and rechecked for new releases on 9 October. I haven't watched as a member or in a headset, so anything below about headsets and the player is the site's own word.

Buy Here or Through Adult Time?

Same purchase either way. upclosevr.com has its own join form, but the plans on it are Adult Time plans, and on our captures the prices match Adult Time's own checkout line for line: $1 for a three-day trial, $14.95 for a first month of streaming, $19.95 for a first month with downloads, and $125.10 for 548 days. One login opens the whole platform, Up Close VR included. There is no separate Up Close VR subscription to weigh against it.

How Up Close VR Scored in 4 Key Areas

Content Quality

Four. The format is good: an on-camera interview before the scene on 37 of 53 releases, a cast that never repeats a woman, and 8K from February 2024 onward. The calendar decides the number, though. Our methodology puts a site with no update in six months at 4 or below, and this channel has gone more than eight months without a new scene. At 53 scenes it is also a short archive.

Technical Experience

An eight, and it rests on the files. Only the two oldest scenes sit at 5K. I held back from nine because the site publishes no frame rate and no headset list, and two of its tour claims, 360 video and toy support, don't match what the catalog contains. Both are covered in the devices section.

User Interface and Navigation

Six. The tour is the stock Adult Time template, and for 53 scenes the video list does its job: one grid, sorted by Latest, Most Engaging, Most Viewed or Coming Soon, with a category column on the left. The pornstar index is where the template fights the catalog. Every woman here has exactly one scene, so a page built to help you find more of someone turns into a second copy of the video list, sorted by name. As a designer I'd have dropped that page for a channel like this. The video list is also headed "VR Sex Videos & VR Sex Toys", a promise the catalog doesn't keep.

Value for Money

Seven. Up Close VR adds nothing to the bill, and the 548-day membership is cheap per month (the arithmetic is in the pricing section). It loses points because it can't carry a subscription alone: roughly 32 hours of video, with nothing new coming. I count it as a bonus inside the membership, never as the reason to join.

Catalog and Cast

53 releases, from 28 December 2023 to 22 January 2026. Through 2024 the channel put out about two scenes a month, 30 in the year. It slowed to 20 in 2025, and the last twelve months hold just seven, all between 23 October 2025 and 22 January 2026. On my 9 October recheck the newest scene was still Emma Rosie's from 22 January.

The format took a few months to settle. The first eight scenes have no interview segment. From May 2024 on, 37 of 45 open with one, the woman talking to camera before the scene starts. Length changed around the same time. The first 13 scenes, through June 2024, average 47.5 minutes, and the longest runs 67. From July 2024 the average drops to 32.5. Across the whole catalog it's 36 minutes, about 32 hours of video in total.

Titles follow one pattern, "Up Close VR with" and a woman's name, which makes the channel sound like a solo series. The credits say otherwise: 51 of the 53 scenes also name a male performer, and POV is tagged on 51. Three releases add a second woman: two titled THREESOME, plus the one with Charlie Forde and Lilly Bell. Blowjob is tagged on all 53 scenes and Doggy Style on 52. Interracial appears on 26, MILF on 12, Asian on 10 and Latina on 9. Creampie shows up on six, and apart from a single Anal Fingering tag there's no anal in the catalog.

The women never come back. 56 are credited and each appears exactly once, from Natalie Brooks in the first scene to Emma Rosie in the last, with Lexi Luna, Maddy May, Lulu Chu and Nicole Doshi among them. The men work the other way. Fourteen are credited, Oliver Davis and Dante Colle are in 11 scenes each, and Ryan Driller is in six. If you follow particular women, you'll find one scene of each here and nothing more.

The channel has no 2D scenes; those come from the rest of Adult Time.

Video Quality and Devices

51 scenes are labelled 8K and two 5K, and all 53 are 180 degree side-by-side stereo. The 5K pair are the oldest, from 28 December 2023 and 11 January 2024; every release since February 2024 is 8K. The resolution block below this review breaks it down by year. Adult Time's index gives each scene a resolution label and a format but no frame rate, and I found no fps figure on the tour.

The name and the "Intimate Virtual Reality" tagline suggest close framing. The site doesn't publish a camera distance or lens setup, and without a headset I can't judge how close it really is, so I haven't scored it.

For devices there are only the join page's general lines: "Stream VR Videos Directly From Your Headset!", "Compatible With Any Device: Mobile, Desktop, TV, Tablet" and "Now Available On Firetv And Chromecast". None of the pages I saved names a headset (I searched for Quest, PSVR2, Vision Pro and Pico) or mentions a VR app or passthrough. Scene pages with trailers are public, so you can check one before paying.

The tour also says the channel is "compatible with VR sex toys", and the join page lists "Compatible With Interactive Sex Toys". None of the 53 scenes carries a toy, script or sync tag. I read that as a line about the platform.

Every plan streams. Downloads come with the monthly download plan and the 548-day plan, and the terms cap them at 300 GB a day.

Pricing and Billing

From the US checkout on October 9, 2026.

These are Adult Time plans. The $1 trial covers three days of streaming, then renews at $17.95. A first month of streaming costs $14.95 instead of $19.95, and renews at the full price. The table leaves out the monthly plan with downloads ($19.95 the first month, $29.95 after). Downloads also come with the 548-day plan: $125.10, renewing at $125.

Twelve months on the streaming monthly come to $14.95 plus eleven renewals at $19.95, so $234.40, with no downloads. On the download monthly it's $19.95 plus eleven at $29.95, or $349.40. The 548-day plan is $125.10 for about 18 months, which works out to $6.95 a month. Streaming monthly passes that total in the seventh month, so if you'd stay longer than six months, the long plan is the cheaper one. When I saved the join page in August the trial was marked "Limited Access", so don't count on three days opening everything.

The screenshot below is from my 26 August visit, when the same form priced in euros and showed a €2.95 trial and a €143.40 year. The PayPal version on 11 September showed a third set, a $7.95 first month among them. These offers rotate, so read the price on the form itself before you pay.

On that join page the card logos are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB, with a gift-card option beside them. The footer names Epoch as an authorised sales agent and sends billing questions and cancellations to SEGPAY.com. The terms say plans renew automatically and fees aren't refundable once the login has been used. Our captures didn't record whether add-on boxes appear on the final payment step, so check for pre-ticked ones there. Cancelling Up Close VR means cancelling the whole Adult Time membership.

Who Should Buy It

You'd be paying for Adult Time, so this is a yes when the platform suits you and you like a short talk before the scene with a new woman every time, and care more about 8K files than archive size. Already a member who has never clicked into the VR channels? Open this one. At about 32 hours, the whole run fits into a few weeks of evenings.

Pass if you want new scenes arriving; none have since January. Fans of particular performers get one scene per woman here, and anyone hoping for 360 video or toy scripts on the strength of the tour will find neither in the catalog. Nor would I choose a VR subscription for this channel alone, when ForbVR on the same login still adds three scenes a month.

Two of these come with the same membership, so once you're in they cost nothing extra. ForbVR has 83 scenes, 33 from the last twelve months, every one 8K, at 39 minutes on average. Taboo VR Porn has 155 scenes, 35 new in a year, 153 of them tagged Family Roleplay, and runs far longer at 63 minutes. Lethal Hardcore VR is the one with its own checkout: 345 scenes, 44 new in twelve months, the newest from 2 October, and a year for $119.40. Next to those three, Up Close VR is the smallest catalog and the only one that has stopped. The Year column stays empty for the Adult Time channels because the platform's long plan runs 548 days.

Final Verdict

Up Close VR is a finished archive: 53 boy-girl scenes, 51 in 8K, most of them opened by a short interview, with 56 women who each appear once. Nothing new has come out since 22 January 2026. It costs nothing on top of Adult Time and can't be bought without it, so members lose nothing by spending an evening or two here. Whether to join is a question about the rest of the platform; if the answer is yes, the 548-day plan is the one I'd take.
